1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must have been purchased directly through our website, sovereignabundance.com.

You must request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. For digital products, access must not have been redeemed or used.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of purchases are non-refundable. These include:

Digital products or downloadable content that has been accessed or downloaded.

Coaching sessions that have already taken place.

Mastermind programs if you have attended two or more sessions.

Digital products or downloadable content that has been accessed or downloaded.

Gift cards or promotional items.

Personalised or custom-made products, unless defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact us at admin@dylischi.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. If your request meets our refund eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7-14 days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product at admin@dylischi.com.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

6. Shipping Costs (if applicable)

Shipping costs for returning physical items are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation of Services

If you have purchased a service from Sovereign Abundance, you may cancel your service at any time within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been used or accessed. Refunds for services will only be provided if the cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase and if the service has not been, initiated or completed.

8. Changes to the Refund Policy

Sovereign Abundance reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
